A new AI feature has been introduced by Zoom which provides users with access to generate a shareable file base for their meetings and presentations, Generative AI makes it possible for them to write and edit conveniently. Also, users can prompt the AI Companion to organize meeting transcripts, create tables, and make checklists also it easily helps to track processes and tasks that were assigned in the meeting through Zoom Docs.
AI-first Zoom Docs debuts on Zoom Workplace
Therefore, at the annual Zoomtopia event, this feature was first introduced by the company which gives the benefit of easier online collaboration to people. Smita Hashim, chief product officer at Zoom stated in a blog post about, Zoom Docs is their first Zoom Workplace product that holds generative AI capabilities and enables to transform the transformation of Zoom Meetings, effortlessly into actionable documents.
Furthermore, she added, that Zoom docs is included at no additional cost with Zoom Workplace paid licenses, creating even more value for their customers. This AI Companion is available every step to work happy and leaves more time in return for their day.
