WhatsApp has now released the beta update for Android Version 2.24.14.20 which will incorporate new features. It will be possible to take one-time setup photos that Meta AI uses to generate realistic representations of the users in the future.

Based on the latest changes, it seems that WhatsApp is now considering other significant improvements for Meta AI, including its ability to manually tag images that are directly sent by friends.

The new feature is under testing, soon to be available

According to the Wabetainfo WhatsApp is currently in the process of testing the ability to add a new chat button that will enable users to upload photos through Meta AI in the next release of the application.

With this new capability, users will be able to pose questions about objects or elements within the photos or vice versa.

Meta AI will also allow the option to edit the photos in the comfort of the chat by sharing a prompt instead of the image.


Editing feature to enhance the WhatsApp experience of users

This feature will provide convenience to the users because it will enable them users to make modifications to their images within the application hence enhancing convenience and time.

It also enhances interactive features since Meta AI can give out details about the photos, and make corrections based on the user’s preference.

A feature to enable Meta AI to respond to photos and even edit them is still in the process of being developed and will be released in a later version.
