Apple has not released iOS 18.1 stable for all yet. but it will be stable form the next week and now the tech expert has released the iOS 18.2 beta phase for developers to test and share new features. However, the company has not come out with the date on which they will release the product.

According to the post, the first developer beta of iOS 18.2 arrived on Wednesday. And the word now circulating in our ears is that the stable version of iOS 18.2 will be available to all in December of this year.

Especially, iOS 18.2 has been one of the most anticipated iPhone update since it was officially released and some new features these as Genmoji, Image Playground, integration of gpt3 to Siri, Visual Intelligence, advanced writing tools, and much more.

Siri ChatGPT

Apple has now released the ChatGPT integration with this new update. Now, Siri can forward the messages to ChatGPT. And the interesting thing is you don’t even require an account. Here, you can let Siri make requests to ChatGPT without having to approve them every time. This will help ensure users gain more detailed information. These can also create images and text with this. If you want to know more about the image, then just ask questions, and you will get on-screen responses about the image you’re viewing.

Genmoji

The new addition will allow users to build their own emojis. Before this, with the release of the iOS 18.1 users could see Genmojis and even read information about them but they couldn’t create them outright. However, the creation of emoji is approved in the iOS 18.2.

Rewriting tools

However, Apple has also paid significant attention to further developing the Rewrite Writing Tools feature.ng Tools feature. It now makes it possible for users to select the sort of tone or content they prefer, for instance, whether to use more energetic words and phrases or turn an email into a poem.

Image Playground

This app enables any user to design an image out of request characters as well as the friends’ photos, in Messages.

Image Wand

One of the features of this app is replicability of images to the notes added in the Notes app. The image Wand will help to give you a polished image even just drawing a rough sketch on iPad, with Apple Pencil.

Languages

The Apple Intelligence in iOS version 18.2 now extends to English Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders, South Africans and British users without a need to change iPhone language to US English for some uses.

Visual Intelligence

This feature recognizes entities, items, and places. The possible ways to use it include: Prying your phone in the direction of something and holding down the Camera Control button will open information such as hours and reviews for restaurants, copying text, or reading it out loud, search items on Google, or even ask ChatGPT about items. However, it will only be available to iPhone 16 lineup, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max..

Original iOS 18.1 supports only USA English, but iOS 18.2 adds locales to Apple Intelligence as the UK, Canada, Australia. Yet, these features are still missing in China and the EU because of the regulation problem.
