Google has increased its AI Overviews in Google Search to over 100 countries worldwide. This is up from just several earlier this year, which includes the US, the UK, India, Japan, Indonesia, Mexico, and Brazil. Now, you will be able to see AI Overviews in over 100 countries around the world.
Google AI Overviews More Than 100 Countries
Google recently declared its largest expansion, opening up the AI Overviews in Search to over one hundred nations. The company also informed its followers of the updated Google AI Overviews availability support post. What is more, the feature is already running in various countries, starting from the America to the Asia-Pacific areas and European/African zones.
The fresh expansion indicates the AI Overview, the company founded by the U.S. giant, will reach more than one billion monthly users at the global level. To foster more of this growth, Google is stressing language access. Currently, the information is in English, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish languages. Others will join as the service continues to add more languages.
Prior to rolling out the Gemini-powered tool, Google has been toying around with ways to make search more comprehensive, including finding more ways to provide links to what Google considers to be useful sites.
The company, Google, initially trialed to the general public Google AI Overviews in late March before introducing the bite-sized version for everyone in early May. That major announcement was made in the future of the company at its annual I/O event. The debut of AI Overviews was precipitated by the underlying belief that with software the firm was ready to address more ‘complicated’ questions. According to the company, users don’t have to split their questions into parts anymore.
Google also mentioned that from this week the Google AI Overviews will be issued in over 100 countries and translated into more languages than before. Before, it could only be used in English but now, the feature also has Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish support.
