The University of Missouri in collaboration with Amrita University, India, has released an exam on how (LLM) large language models like ChatGPT and Google Gemini will contribute towards safeguarding digital assets against cyber threats.

The ChatGPT and Google Gemini pass Ethical Hacking Exam focuses on the AI-driven tools that will enhance cybersecurity defense and the research will evaluate the questions based on how to deal with AI models in (the CEH) exam.

The cybersecurity exam is administered by the E-council and led by Prasad Calyam, Director of Cyber Education, Research and Infrastructure Centre at the University of Missouri.

The Ethical Hacker (CEH) Exam

The study of this exam states the questions from the CEH exam in identifying the effectiveness ChatGPT and Google Gemini could explain with the recommendations to protect against cyber threats.

In addition, it also deals with the concept of preventing third parties from interfering with the communication of two systems. The accuracy level ChatGPT achieves is 80.8% same as where Google Gemini’s with 82.6%.

Also, it introduced confirmation queries to enhance accuracy and further processes to refine AI effectiveness in cybersecurity applications. Additionally, Calyam has introduced AI tools that will help to investigate issues with expert consulting and valuable training tools for IT professional understanding, therefore the importance of human judgment and problem-solving skills is also described.

Establishing Ethical Guidelines for AI in Cybersecurity

AI cybersecurity has domain its further research towards maintaining proper guidelines in the usability of AI-driven ethical hacking tools and the areas are identified where handling the queries will take place. The future capabilities have expressed the AI models that measure cybersecurity and significantly contribute towards the potential of ethical hacking.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has going through with lot of evaluations and the expansion in cybersecurity has approached ChatGPT and Google Gemini and has generated advanced ethical hacking strategies.

The Role of ChatGPT and Google Gemini in Ethical Hacking

ChatGPT and Google Gemini are designed to process and respond to related issues of cybersecurity. Using the CEH exam the capabilities have evaluated the AI model’s utilization in ethical hacking techniques.

The study shows that both applications have access to explaining fundamental concepts of cybersecurity and also provide protective measures through AI models.

ChatGPT performs overall accuracy and exhibits notable strength in comprehensiveness, clarity, and consciousness of responses, highlighting its ability and articulate insight into cybersecurity issues.

Google Gemini frequently adjusted their responses upon receiving confirmation queries, often correcting inaccuracies and enhancing the overall reliability of their outputs.

Laying the Groundwork of Future Study

AI-driven tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini have offered mesmerizing capabilities in ethical hacking, also Prasad Calyam has shown the importance and guidelines in maintaining ethical standards for cybersecurity purposes.

AI’s role in cybersecurity is set to evolve significantly, driven by ongoing advancement and innovations. The collaborating research aims at enhancing AI models’s effectiveness in ethical hacking.

Therefore it is crucial to establish a legal and ethical framework to ensure responsible ethical hacking practices, it will also focus on societal implications in a broader way addressing the challenges associated with AI cybersecurity.

Additionally, future collaborations with academia, industry stakeholders, and policymakers will play a pivotal role in cybersecurity.
