Galaxy Z Fold 6 Series Is Confirmed To Get Galaxy AI
Samsung may unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 at the next Galaxy Unpacked event. Until the unfolding of the grand launch event, the South Korean tech brand said that the new generation of foldable devices will feature Galaxy AI just like the Galaxy S24 series. Samsung introduced AI features in its smartphones with the Galaxy S24 trio in January last year. Some of the features that the Galaxy AI suite include are real-time translation, image editing among others. Moreover, it is known that Live Translate, which is a part of the Galaxy AI, will be compatible with third-party apps shortly.
Samsung stated that its Live Translate AI is now going to be integrated into third-party applications. Samsung stated that all of the announced real-time call translation for third-party applications will take place on the device, as is the case with the call-dialler application included in the Samsung lineup.
Hybrid AI Strategy Of Samsung
It means that both on-device and cloud AI functions are present in a desirable ratio. With the on-device AI enhancements, users can be assured of privacy and better response time. While cloud-based AI can bring a ton of more features in collaboration with industry-leading partners.
The inclusion of Galaxy AI in Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 is accompanied by leaked marketing images that emerged online earlier this week. In addition to the renders of foldable phones, the image incorporated “Galaxy AI” text. Both are believed to be announced at a future Galaxy Unpacked event that is believed to be scheduled for July 10.
